Change of Schedule: UP Visayas Commencement Exercises 2026

Please be informed that, with the approval of the UP President, the schedule of the 47th Commencement Exercises of the University of the Philippines Visayas has been moved from July 9, 2026, to July 10, 2026.

All graduating students, faculty, staff, and stakeholders are hereby advised to take note of this update and make necessary arrangements.

UPCAT 2026 RESULTS ARE OUT!

Application results for incoming new first-year students for AY 2026-2027 are now available.

It is encouraged to log in to the UPCAT 2026 results portal to view your results according to the allotted time slots.

Office Closure Advisory on 17 April 2026

Please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar will be CLOSED on Friday, 17 April 2026. All OUR staff will be attending a Training Workshop on the Development of the OUR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual.

All incoming hard-copy documents may be submitted to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (2nd Floor, UPV New Administration Building).

Regular operations will resume on Monday, 20 April 2026.
