All Graduate Students (Semestral and Trimestral) are reminded to file their Leave of Absence (LOA) on or before the following deadlines:

Semestral Program: November 26, 2025 (Friday)
Trimestral Program: November 29, 2025 (Saturday)

Please be informed that the deadline for dropping of subjects for the First Semester, AY 2025–2026, for both Undergraduate and Graduate Program Semestral has been EXTENDED until 14 November 2025 (Friday).
