UPCAT 2027 APPLICATIONS ARE EXTENDED UNTIL 13 APRIL 2026!

Current Grade 11 students this AY 2025-2026 or incoming new first-year students for AY 2027-2028 must fill out and submit their application or Form 1 by the extended deadline.

Access the online application portal at https://upcat2027online.up.edu.ph/

The completion of Form 2A and confirmation of students by senior high schools is likewise extended until 24 April 2026.

Do not withdraw if you have entered any incorrect information in your application.

Attention Graduates of First Semester/Trimester, AY 2025–2026!

You may now request your Academic Documents starting TODAY, March 26, 2026 following the approval of your graduation by the UP Board of Regents (BOR) during its 1047th Meeting on March 25, 2026.

Public Advisory: Adoption of Flexible Work Arrangement

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing government agencies to implement energy conservation protocols, and the OVPAA-OVPA Joint Memorandum No. 2026-01, s. 2026, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will adopt a four (4) days on-site work and one (1) day of no on-site work.

Under this arrangement, the OUR will be open to the public on the following schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Wednesday: NO ON-SITE WORK
