Attention to All Graduating Students of the Second Semester, AY 2025–2026, please be advised of the Deadline for Filing of Application for Graduation.
To all students who applied for a UP RFID:
Please be informed that you may claim your UP RFID starting 12 January 2026 at your respective College Secretary’s Office.
For College of Management (CM) students, UP RFIDs may be claimed at the Admin/Faculty Room, 2nd Floor, CM Building, UP Visayas Miagao Campus.
You may check the status of your requested RFID through this link: UP RFID Status
Kindly present your Form 5 upon claiming your UP RFID for verification purposes.
