Public Advisory: Adoption of Flexible Work Arrangement

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 114, s. 2026 issued by the Office of the President, directing government agencies to implement energy conservation protocols, and the OVPAA-OVPA Joint Memorandum No. 2026-01, s. 2026, the Office of the University Registrar (OUR) will adopt a four (4) days on-site work and one (1) day of no on-site work.

Under this arrangement, the OUR will be open to the public on the following schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 Wednesday: NO ON-SITE WORK

UPCAT 2027 applications for incoming new first-year students for AY 2027-2028 is open until 30 March 2026.
Current Grade 11 students or those expected to graduate senior high school by the end of SY 2026-2027 are eligible to apply.
Applicants can access the online application portal at https://upcat2027online.up.edu.ph/
Completely fill out the application and triple-check all details. Do not forget to click the ‘Submit Form 1’ button after verifying that all information is correct.
School officials must fill out and confirm their students in the Form 2A portal until 10 April 2026, for applicants to receive their test permit in July 2026.

All graduate students are reminded of the following important deadlines for the Second Trimester, Academic Year 2025–2026:

  • Deadline for Dropping of Subjects: 27 March 2026 (Friday)

  • Deadline for Clearing of Deficiencies: 27 March 2026 (Friday)
