UPCAT 2027 Online Helpdesk

The Online Helpdesk is open to answer your queries and concerns regarding the UPCAT 2027 admission application for incoming new first-year students for AY 2027-2028, starting 03 March 2026 until the end of the application period.

Open from Mondays to Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM (Google Meet Room and Email) and 9 AM to 9 PM (Messenger - Facebook Page Inbox). Student volunteers are ready to assist you.

Please be informed that the Online Helpdesk Google Meet Room is being recorded for documentation purposes. Only the UP Office of Admissions staff who handle the online helpdesk have access to the collected information. Security measures will be observed in handling all personal information gathered.
