Office Closure Advisory on 17 April 2026

Please be informed that the Office of the University Registrar will be CLOSED on Friday, 17 April 2026. All OUR staff will be attending a Training Workshop on the Development of the OUR Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Manual.

All incoming hard-copy documents may be submitted to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs (2nd Floor, UPV New Administration Building).

Regular operations will resume on Monday, 20 April 2026.
