The Office of the University Registrar will be CLOSED on Friday, 12 December 2025, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. All OUR staff will be attending the Symposium and Fellowship Activity for Non-Teaching Personnel at UPV Covered Court, UPV Miagao Campus.
